At Sea Street Soap Works, LLC, your satisfaction is always guaranteed. We know it's sometimes necessary to return  an item.

We want to make it easy to return an eligible return item to us. 



Returns By Mail

• Place a copy of your order in the return box. If you do not have a copy, please include a letter stating
  the item you are returning and why. Include your name, address and phone number so that we may
  properly process your return.
• Call us so that we know a return is on its way. Our number is 1-618-222-0705.
• Mail the return using the carrier of your choice to our address:
